The Mrs. T’s® Pierogies Sunday Funday “Weekly Giveaway Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 11:01 am Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 and runs through 11:59 PM EST Monday, March 31, 2013 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

1. TO ENTER: Each week during the duration of the Sweepstakes Period, from 11:01 am EST every Monday through 11:01 am EST on Tuesday (the next day), visit https://www.facebook.com/MrsTsPierogies, and comment/respond to the Sunday Funday post that is posted on Monday of every week to enter the sweepstakes*. Entries, via comments/responses, will only be accepted during the 24-hour period aforementioned. One entry per Facebook user ID/person per post. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry method or more than one entry per post will void all entries and result in disqualification.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older as of January 21, 2014 except for employees of Mrs. T’s Pierogies (“Sponsor”), Hunter PR, LLC (“Administrators”), Facebook, their affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited. Limit one prize per Facebook user ID/person during entire duration of Sweepstakes Period.
3. WINNER SELECTION: There will be one (1) drawing held each week during the Sweepstakes Period. Five (5) winners will be selected at 12:01 pm EST on Tuesdays during the Sweepstakes Period in random drawings from among all eligible entries received during the 24-hour period that just ended. Winners will be notified by having their post “liked” by Mrs. T’s Pierogies, and by being tagged and mentioned as a winner by Mrs. T’s Pierogies in a comment on the Sunday Funday post. Only those who have had their comment “liked” and who have been officially mentioned as a winner by the brand will be asked to privately message the brand in order to receive their prize. Winners who do not send their mailing address (via private message) to the brand by 12pm EST on the Wednesday after being notified they’ve won will forfeit their prize and new winners will be selected. The new winners will be notified using the same process that was used for the initial winners. The new winners will have 24 hours after the time that they are notified to respond to the brand (via private message) with their mailing address. If the new winners do not respond, the selection process mentioned above will continue until five winners have been selected. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing and at the discretion of the brand. Grand Prizes will be shipped to winners two (2) to three (3) days after the Mrs. T’s Pierogies Facebook page receives information from winners.
4. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): Each winner will receive one Sunday Funday kit, which will include various Mrs. T’s Pierogies paraphernalia. The kit themes will vary from week to week. Themes will be announced on the Mrs. T’s Pierogies Facebook page (Facebook.com/MrsTsPierogies) on or before each Monday. The approximate retail value of the prizes will range from approximately $75.00 to $400.00. The total estimated value of all prizes being given away between January 21, 2014 and March 31, 2014 is $9,000. Limit one prize per Facebook user ID/person during entire duration of Sweepstakes Period. Prizes are awarded as is. No substitutions, cash redemptions, or transfers of prizes permitted by winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute for any prize a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5. GENERAL RULES: All taxes resulting from acceptance of prizes, if any, are the responsibility of the winners. By entering sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Administrators, which shall be final in all matters. By accepting prizes, winners agree to release and hold Promotion Parties, Facebook, their affiliates, directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless from and against any and all claims and liability arising out of the Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance also constitutes permission to the Sponsor and Administrators to use winners’ names, likenesses and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. Promotion Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes. Sponsor will not be liable for more than the stated number of prizes. If, in the Administrators' opinion, there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if technical difficulties or unforeseen circumstances compromise the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, the Administrators reserve the right to modify or terminate the sweepstakes in a manner deemed reasonable by the Administrators, at the Administrators’ sole discretion. If terminated, prizes will be awarded in a random drawing using all entries deemed qualified by Administrators as of the date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning online entrant, entries made by Internet will be declared made by the name on the online entry form. All federal and state laws apply.

6. CONDITIONS AND LIMITS OF LIABILITY: As a condition of entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees: (1) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses as set forth in subsection 3 below, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; (2) This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflicts of law principles and any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively before a Court of competent jurisdiction located within the County and State of New York; (3) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering this Sweepstakes and in no event will entrant be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees or any other costs; and (4) entrants shall be bound by these Official Rules.
7. WINNERS’ LIST: Check out the Mrs. T’s Pierogies Facebook page where the Sunday Funday kit winners will be “liked.” In the alternative, if you send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Hunter Public Relations, 41 Madison Avenue, Fl. 5, New York, NY 10010 Attention: Megan Rhein on or before April 15, 2014, we will provide you with the names of the winners.
